Who We Are
Nexus Machining & Fabrication Inc was founded and established by Haniff Mohamed in 2002. Through dedication and hard work over the years, operations grew significantly and as such, in February 2019 the business was incorporated under the trade name Nexus Machining and Fabrication Inc. (NMFI)
NMFI operates one of Guyana's premier machining, welding and fabrication workshops, while our services include, but are not limited to milling, turning and general machining, general welding, fabrication, and assembling, industrial blasting and painting, fitting, repairs, and maintenance services.
Our Mission Statement
Our mission is to become Guyana's premier machining, welding and fabrication workshop, by providing customers' satisfaction, exceptional services and quality production, through the harnessing of a modern facility with the capabilities of performing custom precision machining and prototype component production, well trained employees and implementation of industry best practices and state of the art machinery and equipment.

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)Haniff Mohamed is the Founder and CEO of Nexus Machining and Fabrication Inc., leading the company to become a top provider of machining, welding, and fabrication services in Guyana since 2002. With over 35 years of experience, he ensures precision, quality, and efficiency in all operations. Haniff is known for his visionary leadership, strategic planning, and expertise in machining and fabrication. He has expanded the company's services, built strong client relationships, and mentored a skilled team. Recognized for pioneering innovative techniques, Haniff continues to drive growth and innovation in the industry.

Strategic AdvisorKevin Foo is the Strategic Advisor at Nexus Machining and Fabrication Inc., bringing a wealth of experience in corporate management and financial services. Before joining Nexus, Kevin served as Junior Manager of Corporate Loans at Guyana Bank for Trade and Industry, where he honed his skills in corporate finance and strategic planning.
As the former General Manager at Nexus, Kevin played a pivotal role in driving the company's growth and operational excellence. His leadership and vision were instrumental in expanding the company's market presence and service offerings.
In his current role as Strategic Advisor, Kevin continues to contribute his extensive expertise and insights, guiding Nexus towards sustained success and innovation. His deep understanding of both the financial and industrial sectors makes him a valuable asset to the company's strategic initiatives.
Oshanna Hughes
Operations Coordinator / EngineerOshanna Hughes brings a robust background in architectural and building technology to her role as Operations Coordinator / Engineer at Nexus Machining and Fabrication Inc. With extensive experience in project supervision, safety management, and architectural design using tools like AutoCAD and Revit, Oshanna has played integral roles in diverse projects, including water treatment plants and residential constructions. Her academic achievements include pending completion of a Bachelor's degree in Architectural and Building Technology from the University of Guyana, complemented by certifications in Occupational Health and Safety and heavy-duty equipment operation. Beyond her professional achievements, Oshanna enjoys activities such as reading, sports, and designing house plans, reflecting her passion for both her career and personal interests.

His expertise includes leading budget preparation, optimizing cash flow, and managing inventory effectively. Devendra excels in overseeing project coordination, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and conducting thorough audits. With a Diploma in Accounting & Business from ACCA and specialized training in QuickBooks, SAP, and project management, he integrates theoretical knowledge with practical insights to drive operational efficiency and financial accuracy.
